Purpose of the role To draft, review and negotiate all Format Licence Agreements, Commissioning Agreements. Contract Addendums, Broadcasting and Distribution Agreements, Sales and Barter Agreements. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with production companies, presenters, collecting societies, distribution platforms and other rights holders. Manage the implementation of commercial agreements and draft reports as may be required.
