Post Title : Warrant Officer (Band B1) (2 Posts) Remuneration : R210 792-00 per annum (Level 7) Component : SAPS Academy Oudtshoorn (Western Cape) Ref : 10/2/2015 HR POST REQUIREMENTS:  Must be in possession of Bachelor Degree with post graduate Certificate in Education with English as a major subject specifically in ETD in English Proficiency (English testing method) in the related field.  Proven experience in teaching English as a language.  Be in possession of a Senior Certificate (Grade 12)  Excellent in Communication skills.  Must be excellent in presentation skills.  Experience in adult education will be an added advantage.  Must be in a possession of a Driver’s license for a light motor vehicle.  Minimum of three (3) years’ experience. CORE FUNCTIONS:  Ensure the presentation of subject specific learning programmes to learners.  Ensure assessment and evaluation of learners in subject specific learning programmes.  Ensure the administration of all matters related subject specific learning programme and general office administration.  Ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of all resources allocated to the immediate post  Maintain discipline within the Academy, and perform other policing related duties in accordance with rules and regulations of a specific environment.
