Join Our Innovative Team as a SaaS Administrator ?? Are you a skilled SaaS Administrator looking for a dynamic and challenging role? We're actively seeking a passionate individual to join a Multi National team and take a lead in designing, installing, administering, and optimizing the company's cloud solutions. If you're ready to contribute to the high performance of our various business cloud applications, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Process Planning: Plan and coordinate processes for user applications and systems provision. Utilize tools such as MS Visio, Kanban Board (Target Process), and SharePoint for efficient planning. Process Availability: Generate overviews according to given SLAs to ensure seamless operations. Build Modules for Internal Customers: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demands and document requirements. Develop innovative solutions using tools like MS Visio and other mockup tools. Document Own Developments: Maintain up-to-date documentation and Wiki entries. Report progress during weekly scrum calls and create comprehensive user documentation in English. Support Users: Handle ITSM Helpdesk tickets and user requests promptly. Report abnormal situations and concerns about systems during Application Team calls and meetings. KPIs: Deliver professional, zero-maintenance software within specified timelines. Find efficient solutions for complex requests and demonstrate self-driven project work within defined boundaries. Key Business Contacts: Internal: All functions at AMP and AGP External: Decision-making authority for new tools, external developments, and off-the-shelf software in agreement with the Application Manager. Decision-Making Authority: Empowered to decide the best way to fulfill demands from internal customers within given guidance. Authorization for new tools, external developments, and off-the-shelf software in consultation with the Application Manager. KNOW HOW: Education & Training: Graduate in Computer Science or Information Systems; or equivalent experiences. Proficient in Kanban and Scrum methodologies (use of Target Process). Microsoft Active Directory administration. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (or newer) and Team Foundation Server. Securely access and use SQL Server 2016 (or newer). ITSM Helpdesk and SharePoint Wikipedia system proficiency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT, with experience in information technologies and applications like ERP, Manufacturing, multinational project management (negotiable), network and system platforms, databases, and client-server applications. Previous user support and application support experience. Competencies: Ability to identify the best way to fulfill demands given by the business. Proactive in researching new functions and options to continuously improve introduced solutions (Usability, Performance, and Maintenance). Excellent teamwork skills, including working with international teams and different skill sets.
