A well-established auditing practice in Menlo Park, Pretoria is looking for two SAICA or SAIPA Trainee Accountants to join their team. Our goal is to give our SAICA / SAIPA Trainee Accountants a well-rounded and complete training experience to enable our Trainee Accountants to grow and develop into Chartered Accountants / Professional Accountants of the future The position entails the duties and competencies as set out in the SAICA / SAIPA Training Regulations including accounting, auditing, taxation and administrative duties. A monthly salary as well as a study bursary forms part of the remuneration package. Study requirement: At an advanced stage of completion of either a SAICA / SAIPA accredited Bachelor's studies, or to do a conversion course if the degree is not SAICA / SAIPA accredited, or Completion of a SAICA / SAIPA accredited Bachelor's degree completed at the end of 2023. Trainee Accountant must enroll as follows: To continue with the SAICA / SAIPA accredited Bachelor's studies in 2024. Enroll for a SAICA / SAIPA accredited postgraduate degree or a SAICA /SAIPA accredited bridging course, in 2024. Must be proficient in English - read, write and speak, and basic Afrikaans. Must agree to complete the SAICA / SAIPA training contract at a4e, in order for the Trainee Accountant to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (SA) / Professional Accountant. Must be fully computer literate. Must have own reliable transport and a valid SA driver's license. Must reside in Pretoria or willing to relocate to Pretoria, or be within reasonable travelling distance of Pretoria to make daily commuting to the office in Menlo Park possible.
