Job Title: SAIPA Trainee Location: Cape Town The Role: We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as SAIPA Trainees. As a SAIPA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of accounting and finance while working towards becoming a qualified Professional Accountant. Responsibilities: 1. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports 2. Conducting audits and internal control reviews 3. Assisting with tax compliance and planning 4. Conducting financial analysis and budgeting 5. Providing support to senior accountants and managers on various projects 6. Keeping abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards 7. Developing strong technical and soft skills through on-the-job training and professional development courses 8. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions 9. Communicating effectively with clients and team members Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software 6. Prior accounting or finance experience is a plus 7. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines 8. Willingness to pursue SAIPA qualification 9.
