RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable financial services company, is currently seeking SAIPA Trainees to join their team. As a SAIPA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in areas such as financial accounting, tax planning, and compliance. You will work closely with experienced professionals in the industry and have the chance to develop the necessary skills to become a qualified Professional Accountant. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management accounts Perform general accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries Assist with tax planning, compliance, and filing of tax returns Conduct research on accounting and tax matters as assigned Participate in audits and assessments of internal controls Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Requirements BCom degree in Accounting or related field Strong academic record, with a focus on accounting and tax courses Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Prior accounting or finance internship experience is a plus Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
