Sales Account Manager - Centurion

Education:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of products/services
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing client needs
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by actively prospecting, making quality calls, preparing proposals, and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet quotas and objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns, ensure deployments meet expectations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, compile statistics, and maintain updated sales documentation.
  • Health and Safety: Promote and adhere to safety plans, report incidents, and contribute to a safe working environment.
