Sales Administrator - South Africa


Minimum Requirements
  1. Grade 12
  2. Experience using CRM systems
  3. Advanced MS Office
  4. Advanced MS Excel - essential
  5. Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data analytics of information received from clients
  • CRM implementation and
  • Checking on business developers quality of work input onto the system.
  • Create new updated proposals with Head of marketing
  • Checking in with Business Developers and sales team on their responsibility.
  • Maintain and update all prospects/leads.
  • Maintain the database with sales prospects, leads and clients
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Assisting the Head of Business development in day-to-day tasks
  • Confirming meetings for the Head of Business Development
