Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records.
Assist with sales-related tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including tiles, granite, and construction materials, to effectively communicate with clients.
Work closely with customers to address their needs and provide exceptional service, especially when the sales team is out of the office.
Utilize SAP software for order processing and inventory management.
Think creatively and proactively contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies and processes.
Read and interpret designs and construction plans related to tiles, granite, and other materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Ability to read and understand designs and construction plans related to tiles, granite, and other materials.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.

Salary Range: R12,000 - R16,000 per month

Additional Information:

This position is onsite in Western Cape.
The Sales Administrator will have the opportunity to grow into a senior sales position with the company.
The position is available urgently.
