Main Purpose of Job: Provide administrative support to the Independent KAM (Key Account Manager) and other KAM's looking after various Retail Chains •Request Builders, TRU, Toyzone, Edgars dispo – pivot and send out sales reports •Printing and calculating value of the BWH replenishment orders before sending them for processing •Once orders are processed and reflecting on invoice report, ensure no errors have been made during processing. If errors occur, notify relevant person to have amended before order is invoiced •Editing BWH raw dispo to prepare to insert SAMS sales data •Complete dispo with SAMS data and send to the team •SAMS market share reports for BWH and Game (HPC & Floorcare) •Undervalue Dis-Chem orders need to be held, consolidated and sent for processing. Time consuming to keep track of individual orders •Sending Dis-Chem returns to reverse logistics. Undervalue returns need to be destroyed and credit note sent through. Keep track of this process •Following up on outstanding deliveries •TRU, Toyzone, Edgars dispo's orders and related mails •Complete listing docs for channels other than Makro •Price notifications to BWH, Dis-Chem, TRU, Toyzone •Dis-Chem Sales report •Weekly JD Group raw dispo requests and sales reports (HiFi, IC, Bradlows, Russells) •JD Group new listings and price increase notifications Education: Formal Qualifications: Level of Education :Matric Skills & Experience: •Advanced Excel •Advanced PowerPoint •Ability to think and problem solve and be creative. •Ability to manage time. •Mange processes with regards to business documents and filing in correct locations •Excellent communication skills •Ability to interact with many diverse cultures, religions, and departments.
