Description PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB To grow markets and expand company footprint KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Sales of Bulk Products Online queries Arrange Courier Managing Intaba brand Marketing and advertising material Administration Sales of Bulk Products · Increase bulk over the counter purchases · Establish and maintain relationships with existing single order clients (1 pallet) · Follow up with existing clients that have not purchase within a year. · Present product information and pricing to clients · Raising and processing of customer orders · Match the client needs to the products list · Travel when needed to existing and potential clients. · Increase prison and hospital tea sales Online enquiries · Assist with all online sales and website inquiries · Attending to new client needs from website and once off clients · Monitor and respond to any customer feedback and complaints on the website or social media · Share customer feedback with the company in order to improve products and services Arrange Courier · Prepare tea samples and arrange for courier pick up. · Update waybill spreadsheet · File all the courier waybills & receipts. · Attach waybill to monthly invoice · Track and monitor all tea samples sent locally and internationally · Ensure product has been delivered and received by the client. Managing brand · Utilise the Social Media platforms to market the product · Increase Brand awareness through word of mouth; · Attract new market interest for the brand · Ensure the brand is packaged correctly for the client · Assisting in developing and executing new marketing ideas · Providing suggestions to expand the sales volume. · Assist with organising events and ensuring that advertising material is placed strategically. Marketing Material · Distribute promotional Items to clients and staff · Assist with procurement of marketing and advertisement material such as: - Branded Stationary - Promotional items - Branded Clothing for Clients and Admin staff Administration · Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers. · Prepare quotations for clients · Monitoring and documenting inventory levels to cover client demands EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE At least a National Diploma in Sales and Marketing Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a Sales environment Other skills required: Knowledge and understanding of sales and sales support Well organized and efficient Prioritize tasks and responsibilities accordingly Analytical and problem-solving skill Excellent communication skills (written and verbally) LANGUAGE SKILLS: Level 3 - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation Ability to speak English, Afrikaans and Xhosa (advantageous). NUMERICAL SKILLS: Level 3 - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and LICENCES: A valid Code EB (08) driver's COMPUTER SKILL: Computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Apply Now
