Our client, in a busy retail environment dedicated to providing high-quality gear, apparel, and accessories, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, out going individual to join the team Job Description The right candidate would play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to the overall success of the store You'll assist customers in providing product knowledge and ensuring a seamless shopping experience Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their needs and preferences Assist in maintaining a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and contribute to inventory management efforts Uphold store policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store initiatives Be adaptable to changing priorities and assist in other tasks or duties as required Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Background checks and referencing will be carried out on successful candidate Computer literate Hours of business 9am to 18h00pm Able to work 180 hours a month, which would include weekends Kindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purpose of the recruitment and selection of the said position, and this information may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.
