Come join our Boomerang Baes and lets make great things happen together Responsibilities: • Drive urgency, energy and productive vibes whilst on duty. • Maintain your personal performance and quality targets. • Ensure that all interactions with customers are to the required standard. • Ensuring company policies and processes are adhered to and followed. • Constantly ensuring that you are aware of product changes or processes relating to service. • Maintain positive, healthy relationships with internal stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to practicing the company values. • Adhere to health & safety policy. • Maintaining sales target, daily, weekly, monthly. Requirements • At least 2 years outbound call centre experience doing insurance sales in a contact centre environment (Short or Long Term Insurance advantageous) • Matric or matric equivalent • RE exam advantageous • Fluency in English and one or more other South African official language • Excellent Track record of achieving Sales Targets within an Outbound Sales Environment • A passion, drive, hunger for High Earning Potential over an above the basic salary • Clear criminal record is mandatory
