We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Internationals Sales Consultant based on the road, affiliated to the Hertex Showroom in Kramerville. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB is to drive sales and direct operational activities of International product ranges to customers in the allocated area and develop new business in order to meet sales targets. MAIN DUTIES: • Meet sales objectives and support Internationals manager in achieving and exceeding sales budget • Visit high profile customers • Develop new business and identify sales opportunities • Manage costs against approved budget • Build productive relationships with customers, employees and International fabric brands • Support sales team and provide guidance and training REQUIREMENTS: • National Senior Certificate • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related field (advantageous) • Minimum 5 years sales experience in – wholesale of luxury goods / interior decor environment preferred IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Strong interest in fabric / décor field • Outgoing, dynamic and driven, can work autonomously and in team • Sales, New business development, Customer service, Product Knowledge, Negotiating skills, Presentation Skills, Market Research, Campaign Implementation, Branding, Public Relations & Publicity, Report Writing • Communication, Building partnerships, Resource planning, Entrepreneurial thinking, Professionalism & business etiquette, Assertiveness & drive, Problem solving, Decision making & prioritising, Adaptability, Tenacity and determination, Resilience to stress, Influence & impact, Contributing to Team success We offer a competitive salary package, consisting of a basic salary, travel and cell phone allowances with commission and benefits.
