A tertiary qualification in any business-related field, i.e. marketing, business management, etc. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Com degree or similar. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in direct marketing/sales. Experience in Property Development sales will be advantageous. Strong marketing and sales orientation. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Excellent customer relations. Effective lead management ability. Strong deal closing ability. Excellent communication skills. Results driven. Ability to work effectively in teams. Important requirements: Willing to work on weekends Valid Drivers License
