High level of customer service and excellent communication skills.Inbound Call Centre selling automotive parts to South Africa. Outbound to strategic customers.Immediate Start. We offer a basic salary (Target Based) with the potential to earn 30K per month.Responsibilities:· Timeously contact customers· Good communication over email contact· Speak to customers in a clear manner and avoid confusion.· Produce high standards on a daily basis· Overall customer satisfaction going beyond your duties· Must be a Team Player and continuously engage with other staff to improve your working knowledge· Must have a passion for learning new things.
