Leading and well known organisation who manufacture and supply their products, requires a young and energetic individual to join their Sales Team in Nelspruit. Must have experience with "new business development". The Company is a market leader in the supply of business forms, labels, general commercial and marketing print, PPE and supply management solutions to all business sectors In addition to servicing customers, the emphasis will be on: Penetrating the market to develop new business opportunities for commercial print Growing the sales of corporate clothing range Actively selling the range of marketing materials, media and related products Actively looking for opportunities to cross and upsell the range of products Implementing effective sales strategies and activities to identify and secure new business Finding and developing client solutions that will lead to sales; Meeting monthly and annual sales targets Preparing and doing client presentations Completing sales reports Handling client liaison, and executing relevant administrative responsibilities To be considered for this position you should meet the following essential criteria: A matric qualification or the equivalent, and preferably a suitable post Matric qualification in Sales A successful track record in sales preferably in print and labelling will be an advantage Computer literacy in Word and Excel, and a high level of numeracy; A self-motivated, energetic, persistent ‘hunter' who can identify and secure new business A strong customer service orientation with the ability to develop strategic customer relationships Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff at all levels The ability to work according to strict deadlines A professional appearance must have own reliable transport Competent at independently planning and managing own sales initiatives A methodical, analytical approach, with fanatical attention to detail A passion for selling and exceeding customer expectations Experience in selling to the agriculture and mining industry will be an advantage Own transport together with a valid and unendorsed driver's license Desired Skills: new business development target presentation customer liaison sales Employer & Job Benefits: Basic salary medical aid provident fund car allow petrol commission
