You'll be using a pre-determined script to cross-sell related products and navigate various systems to ensure correct client information is captured. We're looking for candidates with but not limited to: Matric qualification English proficiency basic understanding of long-term insurance (although this is advantageous, not mandatory). 1 year of Call Centre experience Regulatory examination (RE5) Other desired qualities include computer literacy, the ability to multitask, a lifelong learning attitude, an inquisitive nature, and a team player mentality.
