Must have matric
3 to 5 years experience working as a Sales Coordinator in car / van or truck rental (Please do not apply if you do not have experience working in the vehicle rental industry)
Drivers licence and own car
Willing to work shifts, hours are as follows:
Central Reservations Operating Hours:
Mon Friday 07:00 18:00
Saturday 09:00 13:00
Sunday 13:00 18:00 (Remotely)
In other words, the shifts will work as seen below:
Monday Friday 07:00 15:00 / 08:00 17:00 / 09:00 18:00
The staff member who works the 07:00 15:00 shift during the work week will work the weekend as well. Only one weekend per month.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To support the key account manager and KAMs.
- Efficiently and timeously execute quotes and bookings to assist the Sales growth of the business Quarterly Bookings: Target 300+ adjusted quarterly
- Assist with the internal sales process when opening new accounts
- Ensure all legal company documents are signed on the account application before submitting it to the Debtors.
- Ensure all the new client's needs are relayed to key personnel in the business (Operations/ Branch Managers, Accounts, Fleet)
- To assist KAMS with monitoring and managing customer credit limits. KPI Ensure all accounts are below the credit limit (Ensuring invoices and statements are sent timelessly and queries are sorted out on time)
- Assisting with sourcing fleet via national operations manager and forming relationships with branch managers to assist with customer satisfaction and retention
- Assisting national sales manager with monthly reports from key accounts manager and team communication including additional tasks that may be necessary.
- Monitoring sales lead process on Hubspot CRM
- Effectively communicate to all role players in the business on behalf of the KAMS.
- Manage key account manager sales dashboard.
