Applicants must have strong MS Excel skills Assist the Sales team meet its targets Liaise with customers Handle urgent calls / emails from customers when Sales Executive are not available Prepare quotations and contracts Manage orders from start to completion Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer queries are all handled quickly Develop and maintain filing systems Maintain sales records Prepare reports Promote the company's products and services Collate data / information Submit reports to management Sales administration Matric Tertiary qualification (advantageous) Previous experience in Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator role Strong computer literacy skills Strong administrative skills Well organised Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales and customer service skills Able to multitask Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to meet strict deadlines Apply Now
