A well-established company within the Energy industry is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Durban area. This will be a permanent requirement. The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include Expediting customer orders, confirmation of delivery dates Checking stock availability Coordinating with other branches on ordering and receiving of stock Resolve customer queries Process credits Technical advice to customers and workshop Invoicing Stock takes Processing of warranty claims Switchboard Qualification Matric / Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification Experience 3 years as a Sales Administrator within a Technical environment JDE Software package experience Experience working on Excel and Power Point Warehouse Management System experience (advantageous) Skills Required Ability to interpret documents (safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals) Report writing Fully bilingual Calculations If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
