Our Client is looking for a Sales Director, located in Pretoria. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies in the automotive sector. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities not Limited to Responsible for achieving sales targets Responsible for dealer management and sales management Responsible for developing sales strategies Responsible for Team Leadership and Management Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in MBA or equivalent is a plus Proven Experience as Director or in a similar senior sales management role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of the South African automotive market. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
