We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our existing client base, as well as identify and secure new business opportunities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the lubricants industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis. Requirements Proven track record in sales, specifically within the lubricants industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Flexibility to travel as required. Driver's license and own vehicle
