Sales Executive Assistant - Cape Town Region
If you are super organised with sales flair and possess excellent tactical execution skills we have the perfect role for you Our client is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to join our remote and global team to work directly with one of our Founders in: Keeping leads warm with timely reminders of their goals Identifying and improving the collateral we send to prospects Contributing to sales process improvements inc. automation and use of AI Creating LinkedIn conversations with stakeholders Making a significant impact on our business growth and new client acquisition… We are looking for someone who is: Motivated, driven to go above and beyond to help close deals Well organised, with an eye for detail Self-starter who can come up with solutions A confident communicator who can speak up with ideas Commercially sensitive, to spot opportunities or risk Resilient when dealing with changing priorities, enjoys a fast-paced environment This role requires someone who is not only goal-driven but also takes the initiative to improve sales processes continually. Primary Responsibilities: Creating follow-up emails and documentation to develop the sales opportunity Engage in daily online conversations on LinkedIn to generate interest Convert conversations into qualified opportunities to consistently achieve monthly lead generation quotas. Proactively collaborate with our Founder on improving processes Qualifications and Character Traits: At least 5 years of relevant Sales Administration work experience Exceptional written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate and engage with potential clients.
