Drive Sales & Revenue Growth in the Pretoria Region by identifying new business Opportunities Promote the Companies Service Offering to both Commercial & Residential Clients (Incl Hygiene Services, Carpet Cleaning & High Rise Window cleaning) Build Relationships with Clients and Customers Offer Advice & Recommendations to Customers Provide Excellent Customer Service Conduct Product and Market Research Price & Contract Negotiation Create Proposals & Make Bids for Business Record Sales Figures & Reports Liaise with Suppliers, Manufacturers and other 3 rd Parties Minimum of 5 years experience in the Cleaning & Facilities Management Industry Must be well-spoken and presentable Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills Must be able to speak Afrikaans Must have own reliable vehicle Must be a self-driven team player Strong on client relationships and strong communication skills Strong Organizational Skills Problem solving experience Ability to work under pressure Market Related - based on 5-8 Years previous Industry experience Apply Now
