Duties : Providing administrative support to Salesforce Automation Tool used by the organization Prepare laptops and installing SFA tool on laptops of new joiners to company Download user database on laptops of new joiners Change the territories of different Sales Reps based on business needs from time to time SFA issue resolution: if possible to resolve at local level, do it otherwise escalate to Central support team IT related issues for Salesforce: Sales Reps will raise their own ticket with the administrator in copy, but administrator needs to know the status and track that status in a separate file and send to SFEM weekly Re-activate or edit any activities in the SFA tool that that users have closed and cannot modify any more Generate reports on activities not closed and send to SFEM / NSM / RSM Ongoing coaching to AM, RSMs on how to use SFA tool Prepare flash report on usage of SFA tool and send to SFEM In case of AM Swap / AM Replacement / pin code duplication / vacant ground, prepare and maintain ADD & DROP files Find out duplicate accounts and send to Central Team for trashing from system Make report extracts for external agency that finalizes reports and sends them to different RSMs Extract reports from software and send them to different stakeholders Maintain the Salesforce organization Excel file on a monthly basis and send to different stakeholders Make phone calls to zero visit AMs and ask them “why did you not make any calls during the month?” and then tell their answer to SFEM, RSM and NSM Co-ordinate with different stakeholders for SFA version upgradation REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: Number of reports generated, number of sales rep calls attended, reports provided on time, organigram maintained Required skills: - 3-5 years SalesForce.com experience - English speaking - Communication skills - Computer literate - Analytical skills - Degree or Diploma Apply Now
