Sales Manager - Cape Town Region

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team, a packaging company, in Cape Town. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our revenue growth and customer acquisition by managing a team of sales representatives and implementing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the packaging industry Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to sales representatives Stay up to date with industry trends and market competition to identify new opportunities Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Requirements Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in the packaging industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of current market trends and competitors Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Benefits Salary: R720K/yr - R1Mil/yr, salary negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
