Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
