- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Appropriate Sales/Marketing diploma or degree.
- 5-8 years sales and marketing management exposure.
- Automotive/Technical/Industry experience.
- Computer literate i.e. MS office/computer (Word, excel, Syspro etc).
- Valid drivers license is essential.
- Doing additional duties as deemed necessary.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Managing the sales and marketing function of the branch.
- Conducting Sales and Market intelligence.
- Calling on all major customers.
- Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team.
- Developing new business.
- Achieve Sales budget objectives.
- Ensure updated price list and set selling process with Branch Manager.
- Good product knowledge and good communication skills.
- Motivating and driving the sales team.
- Coaching and guiding sales and Internal reps.
- Developing and implementing sales strategy.
