Drive and motivate the team, set high targets, and build strong client relations and grow and build the sales team nationally. Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven DUTIES Customer satisfaction improvement Customer retention strategies Managing a sales team Driving sales and meeting targets Leadership and team management Negotiation and closing deals.
