Recruit and manage sales representatives Ensure team reaches targets Draft sales plan on regional level Involved with provincial budget processes Implementation of company policies and procedures Draft monthly management reports Monitoring of expenses vs budgets Preparation of management reports for deviations Stakeholder relations Conduct site visits at branch offices Oversee the regional admin activities Involved with client services Effective management of sales staff and branches Must have: Matric FSCA related qualification RE 1 and RE 5 is an advantage Dependent on DOFA - NQF Level 2 qualification - 30 - 60 credits // NQF level 5 qualification - 60 - 120 credits 1 year management experience 6 months' long term insurance industry exposure - advice and intermediary category A experience - Assistance business Clear criminal record Great track record - career highlights Clean ITC record
