QUALIFICATION Degree in Sales and Marketing EXPERIENCE Up to 6 years of experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage brand performance by channel and outlets Ensure that volume is a key driver of all activities Identify availability and volume opportunities Achieve availability ,volume and regional market share targets Management and Development of the On-Con team Ensure correct implementation of National Promotions Design and implement innovative regional promotions Ensure ESCO promotional standards are adhere to Manage return on investment of promotions Ensure that all discount offered falls within the parameters of the quality discount and strategic schedule Communicate all credit risks and irregularities in trade to regional Administration Manager Compile Weekly and Monthly Reports Ensure effective interaction with telesales team
