We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager in the Food Industry to join their team in Johannesburg Duties and Responsibilities: Organize, coach and lead sales representatives, tele sales and key account management. Acquiring new business. Cold calling. Pricing – selling and gross profit percentages. Creating sales plans. Sales forecasting and budgeting. Providing accurate reports. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople. Negotiating contracts with customers. Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Desired Experience and Qualification: Food service sales experience – minimum 5 years. Sales management experience. Food industry knowledge is essential. Hospitality sales experience essential. Pricing orientated. Must live in Johannesburg South or East Rand Own car is essential. R45 000 – R55 000 negotiable commission.
