Job title: Sales Operations Executive
Our client, based in Cape Town, is looking for an Sales Operations Executive to join their team ASAP (remote work 2 days per week, 3 days in office).
Our client is on a mission to be the number one ticketing platform globally. Ticket sales and event management can typically be a clunky, manual process, but their platform makes it easier than ever for event organizers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for their customers.
They kickstarted their journey in London in 2015, and since then they've helped millions of people enjoy events all over the UK; whatever size or type of event, they provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution for event organizers, allowing them to not just sell tickets, but to track sales performance, craft a seamless customer journey, and build a valuable and compliant dataset. While they've been a leading ticketing platform in the student events industry since our inception, they've seen explosive growth across wider industry areas, and they've now got exciting plans to expand into new verticals by building out some brand-new features and taking their offering global.

They are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive (SOE) to help drive ticketing growth by delivering new client prospects, closing sales deals, assisting in the operations such as gate access and helping to run our student brand ambassador network. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with great communication skills, willing to hunt down sales leads, help with their qualification, make good commercial decisions, close deals and support the wider business partnerships team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as they enter the South African market and look to showcase world-class tech to anyone and everyone requiring a ticketing and events management platform. The role will mainly be focused on sales and generating sustainable revenue, however due to the size of the business you will need to be an all-rounder, willing to take on ad-hoc projects and jump in when needed.
The SOE role is based in their Cape Town office and reports directly to the Managing Director: SA.

Salary: R30 000-R45 000 CTC depending on experience
