Sales Rep - Mechatronics - Randburg
Minimum requirements:
- Respond to generated inquiries and leads.
- Prepare and complete quotes timeously.
- Prioritize quotes to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Provide product information, address customer queries, and guide them through the sales process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Provide regular updates on progress as well as challenges.
- Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Communicate feedback to relevant teams for continuous product or service enhancement.
- Travel to various sites to meet with clients and gather information to compile quotes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-years experience in sales.
- Some form of industry related experience.
- Business Administrative degree or related field is beneficial.
