Learn more: jti.com SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the execution of sales initiatives and the achievement of distribution and volume targets within a geographical area in core and / or main market (including urban and/or township areas). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Visibility: Execute the required merchandising principals in each outlet, maximising visibility of the relevant JTI SKUs and brand communication to the consumer. Listing/Distribution: Ensure the agreed distribution targets are met by negotiating the listing of all key JTI SKUs in the allocated outlets in the area. Availability: Drive the company's volume targets and preventing any possible out of stock situations by ensuring that retailers/wholesales in the area have and order adequate stock, understaffing and utilising tools provided. Pricing: Drive, through negotiations at outlet-level, price relativity with key competitor brands in the allocated outlets in the area. Implementation: Negotiate and execute the implementation of national and/or regional programmes/agreements at outlet-level - as per business targets and programme/agreement mechanics. Partnerships: Build in-trade relationships in the allocated outlets in the area around true partnerships with the purpose of achieving a triple win (JTI, customer, consumer). Feedback: Collect, interpret, and feedback trade and industry information to assist the business in decision making. Execute any other tasks, as required by the business. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / other relevant education in Sales Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience Fluency in English Proficiency in MS Office Other Requirements Should reside in the Nelspruit area. Should be able to travel long distances. Should be able to spend time away from home when required by business. Work under pressure Team player Apply Now
