Sales Representative - Kempton Park

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet those needs. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by consistently achieving sales targets and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how our offerings can address their specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, sales calls, and follow-up actions, using the relevant company software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and sales presentations.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where priorities may shift quickly.
