We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills and previous experience in the healthcare industry. You should be able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs in order to provide them with the best solutions. A strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a drive to succeed are also crucial for this role. This will be a high travelling position as the candidate will be covering the following areas: Port Elizabeth,Garden Route & Cape Town. Based: Cape Town Non-negotiable: High Travel 1. Promote and sell company products and services to potential customers 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business 3. Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and business opportunities 4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and achieve set KPIs 5. Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients 6. Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements with customers 7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before and after sales 8. Product training with clients 2-3 years Previous Sales Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Self-motivated and results-driven Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required Own Car Previous healthcare industry experience beneficial Competencies Required: Good communication skills in the required language Mature personality to enable interactions with medical professionals to a high standard Great networking capability Excellent customer relationship skills Demonstrates and maintains up-to-date domain knowledge Translates theory into practical application Enthusiastic Responsible Confident Honest Self Motivated Solution-driven
