Sales Representative - City Centre & Southern Suburbs - Cape Town City Centre
Importer and distributor for coffee machines and hot beverage services international company is looking for high calibre sales professionals to play key roles for in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. The ideal candidate would reside in City Centre to fully service clients within the Waterfront / City Centre & Southern Suburbs. The role entails acquiring new business through cold calling and conversion of prospective customers to actual sales. Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role. Please note B2B experience is required for this role. Duties & Responsibilities Target Achievement: Achieve individual sales target for new business and customer acquisition. Cold calling: Ability to acquire new clients Ability to up-sell and cross–sell Strong focus on acquisitions Ability to source and convert own leads Customer Relationship management: Responsible for developing relationships with prospects Successfully converting leads into signed contracts Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and monthly sales pipeline Provide daily activity and sales report Up-to-date reporting on marketing leads provided Reports to be submitted within the timeframes required Desired Experience & Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum) Proficient in MS Office (All packages)No Criminal Record Must have 1 – 2 years sales experience Must have at least 1-2 years’ Experience in B2B (SME) sales with a track record of acquiring new customers - this means similar role - not from an internal sales or retail sales background. Candidate profile: Candidate needs to be a vibrant individual that will adapt to the already-existing energetic and fast paced environment Strong Sales ability coupled with business acumen Excellent presentation skills Communication skills Decision making skills Excellent interpersonal skills Time management skills Ability to formulate, set and manage goals and objectives Ability to cope with high pressure levels and manage stress effectively Excellent telephone and email etiquette Strong relationship building, account planning and process competence skills Package: R16 000 per month plus commission from Rand 1. Company laptop will be provided. Due to the commission structure there is no fuel allowance.
