Description: Achieve sales targets as defined by Sales Manager Ensure thorough knowledge of all products Maintain regular customer call cycle Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships Gather thorough knowledge of the competitor's environment Ensure products are optimally displayed in stores and in-store branding is optimized Develop a good understanding of customer needs Grow existing product range within customers Identify opportunities within existing customers Follow up on any customer requests Monitor the market for sales opportunities Consult price trading with Line Manager Supply new customers Monitor sales and profit for each account. Provide training to store staff Assist customers pro-actively Provide open lines of communication Provide feedback and resolve outstanding orders Implement quick responses to customers Resolve customer complaints effectively Develop a good understanding of customer needs Provide support to customers to increase sales Assist the customer with - Returns - Account queries - General queries Maintain accurate records of pricing structures Ensure customer pricing is correct Communicate pricing to Internal Sales to limit credits Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on competitor activity or any other information requested Escalate customer dissatisfaction on pricing, delivery complaints, quality, and timeframes Create a product budget per customer Requirements: Senior Certificate (Matric Grade 12) Relevant tertiary qualification 1-3 years working experience MS Office, K8, Sales system Knowledge (what must I know): Plumbing brands such as Macneil Customer account management Proven sales history Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) Ability to work under pressure Able to make decisions Good presentation skills Reliable and honest Good Communication skills
