Full Time PE / Gqeberha Posted 22 hours ago Job Position: Sales Representative (FMCG) Ref: 4666 Location: PE / Gqeberha Salary: R12 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience commission, company car and petrol card Email your CV to recruitonlinepersonnel.co.za Qualifications / Requirements: Matric certificate Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Sales Rep Experience in FMCG will be advantageous Highly self-motivated, energetic and the ability to motivate others Ability to interact and communicate on all levels Strong planning and organisational skills Customer orientated Honest and trustworthy Good, sound, reliable track record Ability to be assertive and high level of integrity Willingness to work overtime when required Willingness to travel out of town Valid driver’s license essential Fully computer literate in Outlook (email) Excel (spreadsheets) and Word Smart mobile phone with good camera and email functionality in good working order Key Performance Areas: Responsible for driving sales and placing orders for designated stores as per route schedule Complete “fill in orders” as may be required Floor-walk to be undertaken during call on store Display building and acquiring additional display areas and price flashers Control stock rotation ie. short-dated and expired stock Negotiate with Store Manager regarding advertised products and promotions and additional space and display areas Control and manage shelf pricing, pricing flashers, product flows and maximize forward shares for all Principles in stores Complete all required Principal report forms and trackers when requested Complete weekly price surveys Motivate and manage the Merchandisers in your assigned stores, ensuring they are implementing the requirements of their positions in stores Responsible for submitting photos of all areas of activity when necessary Responsible for attending to returns within the store Attend Monday morning meetings at the office Ensure stores are fully stocked at all times To apply for this job email your details to recruitonlinepersonnel.co.za
