Outreach to schools to set up appointments for product demos. Conduct in-depth demonstrations of our app to educators and administrators. Understand and address specific school needs and challenges. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to securing the subscription. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales experience, especially in EdTech (preferred but not required). Self-starter with strong time management skills. Comfortable with travel and remote communication tools like Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. Commission Structure: Our sales representatives enjoy a generous commission plan that rewards long-term customer relationships. You will earn a 20% commission on the monthly subscription fee, continuing for as long as the client remains active with our service. Additionally, you will receive a 50% commission on the initial onboarding fee of R3000. This structure is designed to support your ongoing success and dedication to building a solid customer base.
