We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team - showroom based. Sales Representatives are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Go beyond expectations for Customer Service & Create Raving Fans. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Run the showroom floor / retail space & ensure this is functional and enticing. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results. Provides Weekly Sales feedback reports each Friday. Excellent administration and follow up skills. Ensure the layout of the showroom is presentable at all times. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential. Be the face of our client's brand finding new ways to gain exposure. The employee is responsible for mastering the Freshworks CRM, promptly responding to website inquiries within 60 seconds, and maintaining a customer follow-up strategy that includes at least six interactions with each client annually, ensuring no customer goes a year without contact. Management of phone calls and prompt pick-up and phone back when required. Ensure weekend sales temps working and to standard. e.g invoice on Yoco. Yoco and all platform recon correctly for all sales done through B2B and Showroom. Daily sales training required (within work hours) 8am.Sales agents must be correct on orders. i.e showroom made by temps, no incorrect changing of orders, skewing the figures, commissions is a dismissible offense. KPIs Sales Cold Calls. (Customers Contacted). Improve your store layout. (Report Weekly). Increase transaction or basket value. Training completed. Encourage people to stay longer in your shop. Conversion rate - Walk-ins vs Sales. Average transaction value Foot Traffic. (Walk Ins). Computer Literate with experience working with a CRM Excellent Google Docs with Google Sheets experience. Experience selling products to customers. Hours 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays a month 9:00am - 1:00pm Reside Southern Suburb Salary: R18 000 - R22 000 Commission Apply Now
