We are currently recruting for an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The main focus for this position is: Present, Promote and Sell Guarding and Specialised services contracts Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Achieve agreed upon sales targets Additional deliverables as may be required from the role but not stipulated above Matric qualification Experience in Sales, in particular a Sales Role Similar role within an annuity sales environment with contactable references to substantiate track record Strong interpersonal skills Highly organized Proficient knowledge on the following systems Listener and Salesforce Exceptional attention to detail Able to use own initiative Thrives in an environment with high demands, meeting deadlines and targets Consistent, dependable and efficient Excellent computer and MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to develop reports Driver's license and own transport Ability to work after hours based on client requirement Position Status : Permanent Working days : Monday to Friday Hours per Day : 08h00 to 17h00 Hours per Week : 45 hours Overtime : When required as per operational requirements.
