My client has an opportunity for a Crane Sales Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, manage the existing client base, coordinate price and/or discount negotiations as deemed appropriate, ensure that client dissatisfactions and complaints are formally addressed and resolved. Evaluate the customer's on-site requirements in terms of crane capacity, additional transport, rigging and equipment. Formalising the sales offer by providing the customer with a documented quotation specifying pricing in the prescribed format. Ensure that clients submit all relevant documentation required to formalize the trade relationship i.e. credit applications, vendor applications etc. Liaise with Operations in terms of client requirements and secure booking/s with the submission of prescribed documentation. Ensure all Hire Agreements are signed, and the office order is received. Grade 12 A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Market related.
