Minimum Requirements- Matric
- At least four years experience in sales environment in Power products - invertors, generators, solar, batteries etc
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Role Overview - Develop Power Product Dealer Network for the KZN Region.
- Appoint and develop network of Dealers in identified areas in the Region.
- Build Strong Relationships with Dealers.
- Ensure that Dealers meet criteria for stock holding and sales target achievement.
- Ensure that Dealers cover the full spectrum of the market for the area that the Dealer is appointed.
- Monitor competitor activities in the region.
- Compile monthly reports per Dealer on sales target and unit achievement.
- Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets
- Regularly visit Dealer Customers with dealer
- Introduce a forward ordering system with Dealers
- Product Training to Dealers and Dealer sales staff
- Introduce new CRM Programme with Dealers.
- Monitor the ranking of Dealers according to sales achievement.
- Expanding business into the Hire companies
