A Truck Hire Company is looking for a Sales Rep in Johannesburg Duties 1. Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research. 2. Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business requirements. 3. Promote Services: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our truck hire services to prospective clients. 4. Provide Solutions: Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their transportation needs. 5. Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company. 6. Close Deals: Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets and revenue goals. 7. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system. 8. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales team and other departments Qualifications and Skills: With or without car car allowance- To start soonest - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. R20 - R30 000 per month
