Requirements Minimum Requirements: · Neutral accent · Matric qualification · Experience in sales or retentions · Experience with UK call centre. · Experience in hospitality and working with high end clients advantageous. Requirements · Constantly ensuring that you are aware of product changes and processes related to the service. · Educate and remind customers of the value of our services. · Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention. · Have the power of persuasion. · Must be energetic, self-managed and target driven. · Must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile and deliver / exceed expectations.
