- Matric.
- Beneficial: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- Essential: Microsoft Office Suite.
- Vehicle and valid Driver License.
- 6 months experience within a similar position.
- Prepare and generate reports using Excel to monitor sales performance, customer trends, and inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales quotations to prospective clients promptly.
- Undertake basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Work closely with colleagues in the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face communication.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Support in the arrangement and participation of sales meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Regularly update product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends to offer valuable support to the sales team.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to improving overall sales support operations.
