We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Team Leader. The successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Fulfilment Consultants and will be part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the National Sales Fulfilment Manager. The candidate must be highly efficient, energetic, motivated ad ambitious. Key Requirements: Diploma/Degree alternatively Sales related qualifications 5 years' minimum experience in a Bank environment dealing with mortgage or Mortgage Origination 2 years Team Leader experience Own transport Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, customer and internal teams. Ability to use data to drive performance and improve processes
